You will need:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar [Emily uses 1/2 cup honey instead with great results!]
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups blueberries
Cream the butter and sugar (or honey) together. Add the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt and add it to the mixture alternating with the milk. Stir in the blueberries. Fill muffin cups and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
