Self-Stirring Peanut Butter

Okay, so you did a good thing and bought natural peanut butter. You got home and discovered that you had to stir it cuz all the oil had separated to the top. No problem, right? Wrong. What an oily, slimy, slippery mess. It's dripping down the sides, down your fingers and on to the counter and now you're gonna have potentially dryer peanut butter cuz you just lost half your oil in the so-called stirring process. Not good ya'll. So here's the so-easy-you're-gonna-hit-yourself-in-the-head-cuz-ya-didn't-think-of-it-yourself solution.

Step 1. Buy natural peanut butter. =)
Step 2. As soon as you take it out of the bag, set it on the kitchen counter or in the pantry, UPSIDE DOWN. Leave it this way for a day. Pretty soon, all that oil will now be on the bottom (which is now the top, since it's upside down).
Step 3. Next day, once all the oil has moved, flip that puppy right-side-up and immediately put it in the fridge. All that oil will want to move back up to the top (which is now the real top, since it's right side up!) but because it's in the fridge, and it's cold...yup, you guessed it. The oil will move so slowly up to the top, that it'll naturally just incorporate itself beautifully all throughout the peanut butter and it'll SELF STIR!!! Beautiful. No fuss, no muss. Just yumminess. *sigh*

Oh, and I don't have any pictures to document the process cuz I'm not as fabulous as my older and younger sister. Plus I don't have any peanut butter in the house right now cuz I'm eating "paleo" (I have almond butter in the house, though...wait, hmm. I'll have to take pics and tell you guys how to make that--it's so simple you'll NEVER pay the inflated price for almond butter ever again!). Anyway, you'll just have to use your imagination on this one.
