To make Tuna Casserole, you will need:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni (I used a larger size pasta this time and it was about 16 oz dry)
- 2 cans Cream of Celery Soup
- 2 cans Tuna (drained and broken up)
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 cups shredded cheese (I like to use sharp cheddar)
Cook the macaroni according to the package's directions. Drain and combine with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix really well to evenly distribute all that goodness all over the pasta.
To make the topping, combine 1/2 cup breadcrumbs with 1 tsp paprika and 2 Tbsp melted butter. Sprinkle all over the top of the casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes (or until bubbly). Serve with a veggie for a tasty meal!
